Delivery options
Orders that are placed online will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of our standard delivery when goods are in stock, although we will make every effort to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If your selected goods are not in stock you will be informed and we will give you an estimated delivery date. If you decide not to continue with the purchase or part of your purchase your account will be credited for the due amount. All goods will be shipped together.
Courier delivery is available at an extra charge, please see below. Please note courier orders will only be dispatched on Monday – Friday when the order is placed before 2pm and where goods are in stock and available for dispatch. Purchased a set of Drakes Pride Professional bowls from Shotbowl and would highly recommend. The order was placed after 13:00 on 3 Apr, and I had the bowls arrive at my door at 09:00 the following day. I bought a beautiful set of Taylor bowls at a good price and they were delivered next day. Unfortunately there was a minor 'imperfection' on one of them so Shotbowl arranged a return to Taylor Bowls for this to be rectified. Taylor Bowls returned them 'fixed', by return, direct to me and now I am ready to go. A very quick turnaround from start to finish. I just want to say how impressed I am with the customer service of both Shotbowl and Taylor Bowls and I would highly recommend both.
