You can place your order for home delivery (free for all orders over £75) or collection at our store or at school.
To collect your order from our store please select the 'Click & Collect' option on checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected.
To collect your order from school, please select 'School uniform Drop Off', and select your school from the drop down list.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, you can come into the shop (please call us first to make sure we have the product you need). At busy times we may need to book an appointment for you. Or, you can post the item back to us with our returns slip.
Please note that any item that is personalised or any specially ordered, non-stocked items, are non- returnable. If you are unsure of sizes please check the garment fits before ordering, or requesting personalisation under the School Garment Personalisation Post Purchase section of our website.
