You can place your order for home delivery (free for all orders over £75) or collection at our store.
To collect your order from our store please select the click and collect option on checkout. Then select your collection slot on our online booking calendar.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, you can come into the shop (please call us first to make sure we have the product you need). Or, you can post the item back to us with our returns slip.
Please note that any item that is personalised or any specially ordered, non-stocked items, are non- returnable. If you are unsure of sizes please check the garment fits before ordering, or requesting personalisation under the School Garment Personalisation Post Purchase section of our website.
Any personalised items will add a few days onto the delivery timescale.
