This service is for School Customers who have already purchased school garments and wish to return their items for personalisation.
Each school has different terms and conditions to what is allowed as a personalisation.
Please add your child's full name to the order and we will adopt it to coincide with the schools stipulation.
If you have multiple names please list these in the additional information box on checkout.

Delivery options
Orders that are placed online will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of our standard delivery when goods are in stock, although we will make every effort to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If your selected goods are not in stock you will be informed and we will give you an estimated delivery date. If you decide not to continue with the purchase or part of your purchase your account will be credited for the due amount. All goods will be shipped together.
Courier delivery is available at an extra charge, please see below. Please note courier orders will only be dispatched on Monday – Friday when the order is placed before 2pm and where goods are in stock and available for dispatch. This is a next working day service (excludes delivery on Weekends and Bank Holidays.) Some postcodes such as those in the highlands & Northern Ireland may be a 48hr delivery.

I bought a beautiful set of Taylor bowls at a good price and they were delivered next day. Unfortunately there was a minor 'imperfection' on one of them so Shotbowl arranged a return to Taylor Bowls for this to be rectified. Taylor Bowls returned them 'fixed', by return, direct to me and now I am ready to go. A very quick turnaround from start to finish. I just want to say how impressed I am with the customer service of both Shotbowl and Taylor Bowls and I would highly recommend both. It's reassuring to know that some companies still put the customer first.
