I bought a beautiful set of Taylor bowls at a good price and they were delivered next day. Unfortunately there was a minor ‘imperfection’ on one of them so Shotbowl arranged a return to Taylor Bowls for this to be rectified. Taylor Bowls returned them ‘fixed’, by return, direct to me and now I am ready to go. A very quick turnaround from start to finish. I just want to say how impressed I am with the customer service of both Shotbowl and Taylor Bowls and I would highly recommend both. It’s reassuring to know that some companies still put the customer first.
