Return Policy

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Shotbowl Ltd however occasionally you may need to return an item.

If a full refund including delivery costs is required, you must inform us within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must then be returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If part of an order is returned which originally incurred no delivery cost, the delivery cost for the remaining products will be charged accordingly. Specially ordered in items will incur an admin returns charge.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. We try hard to accept all returns, returns need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we may have to send it back to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

Personalised Goods

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.

Hockey Sticks

If a fault appears with your stick stop using it and contact us straight away, the more you play with the stick the less chance we have of the manufacturer looking and the stick and possibly getting it fixed. We reserve the right to send your stick/photos to the manufacturers to warrant if the stick has a fault present. If a crack appears on the leading edge of the stick in most cases the manufacturers will not cover a replacement/repair as these are tell tail sign of a clash, back handling, slicing or blading.
