Delivery

Orders that are placed online will be dispatched within 3-5 working days on our standard delivery where goods are in stock, although we will make every effort to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If your selected goods are not in stock you will be informed and we will give you an estimated delivery date. If you decide not to continue with the purchase or part of your purchase your account will be credited for the due amount. All goods will be shipped together.

Courier delivery is available at an extra charge, please see below. Please note courier orders will only be dispatched on Monday – Friday where the order is placed before 2pm and goods are in stock and available for dispatch. This is a next working day service (excludes delivery on Weekends and Bank Holidays.) Some post codes such as those in the highlands & Northern Ireland maybe a 48hr delivery.

All internet order can use the Click & Collect service. Please note this service is for collection in our store in Market Deeping, PE6 8LD only.

All shipping costs for out side of the UK mainland will be shown at checkout once your individual delivery details have been submitted.

Please ensure you state the individual country for shipping. For UK customers outside of the UK mainland do not use United Kingdom on your shipping address and please select your individual shipping region i.e Ireland, Jersey etc.

For customers from Non EEC Countries the VAT will also be deducted at this stage.

We also offer free delivery to selected schools on the last Friday of each month during term time. If a school closes before the end of the month, delivery will take place on the third Friday instead. This service is exclusively available to parents of children attending the eligible schools.
